Returns & Exchanges
Please note that, in order to create a pleasant shopping experience, we have a 14 days return or exchange policy.
Make sure the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. Once your return has been approved you will receive a return-shipping label and return invoice.
Print out the return-shipping label and return invoice received after contacting us by email.
Paste the return-shipping label and invoice on the package prior to the pick-up and our delivery company will contact you for the pick-up
Subject to stock availability, purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and/or colour.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with your exchange request before shipping the item.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned and undamaged merchandise, and are based on stock availability.
Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately.
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
